By accessing and using Campfy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

Campfy is a travel experience sharing platform that allows users to share and discover hitchhiking success stories, camping spots, and wild camping experiences on an interactive map. The service is provided by Asiy Inc.

To access certain features of Campfy, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain all rights to the content you post on Campfy. By posting content, you grant Campfy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion without notice. We do not monitor user content and are not responsible for content posted by users.

You agree not to: (a) post false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (b) violate any laws or regulations; (c) infringe upon the rights of others; (d) post spam or unauthorized advertising; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

Campfy offers both free and premium subscription plans. Free users have limited posting and viewing capabilities. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Pricing varies by region based on purchasing power parity.

The Campfy platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Asiy Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Campfy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information on the platform. We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from your use of the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice or liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asiy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Campfy. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of Campfy after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By using Campfy, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Campfy uses third-party services including Google OAuth for authentication. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services. External links on our platform are provided for convenience only, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party websites or content.

Campfy provides a platform for sharing travel experiences. We do not verify the accuracy, safety, or legality of user-submitted locations or information. Hitchhiking, wild camping, and similar activities carry inherent risks. Users engage in these activities at their own risk and are solely responsible for their safety, compliance with local laws, and obtaining necessary permissions. We strongly recommend researching local regulations and safety conditions before visiting any location. Location data may not always be accurate.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Asiy Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of Campfy; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you post on the service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Campfy.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or litigation in accordance with Section 19.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Asiy Inc. regarding the use of Campfy and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. In case of any conflict between the English and Japanese versions of these Terms, the Japanese version shall prevail for users in Japan.
